Thanks to the PORT X houseboat, you can now enjoy a quiet and stylish haven, right in the middle of the city.

The Space
This unique futuristic houseboat made by Czech leading architects from the SAD studio offers almost 150 m of distinctive space full of carefully selected materials and furniture pieces by top world brands. There is a generous living area, panoramic windows, spacious outdoor terraces and a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine.
PORT X comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. While the bedroom provides an incredibly comfy king-size Saffron double bed (made strictly of natural materials), next 2 visitors can rest their tired eyes on an Italian sofa-bed by Vibieffe.
Design and Art
Because we're big fans of Czech art and design, you'll find quite a few interesting pieces on board. Our PORT X collection includes large canvases by Michal Cimala or Patrik Kriššák, photographs by Barbora Prášilová and Ondřej Kavan, or porcelain dishes by Jiří Pelcl or Maxim Velčovský.
Responsible for the perfect picture and sound on board are renowned brands Samsung and Bang Olufsen, and the library is packed with great books on beautiful architecture, design, travelling, and more. Location
Holešovice is a vibrant district full of historical and modern architecture, design showrooms, and cultural delicacies such as the DOX Center for Modern Art, La Fabrika, Jatka 78, Veletržní palác and many others.
Gastronomy doesn't lag behind the culture either. There're many favorite restaurants nearby — such as Home Kitchen, famous for their delicious breakfasts and lunches, or the celebrated Seafood Bistro. For fine dining in a creative Czech style, try Eatery, or choose Sasazu for a premium Asian fusion experience. To enjoy an exceptional brunch, head over to Big Smokers.
In the covered arcade that's only about 100 metres from the houseboat, you'll also find a variety of places for a quick lunch, from Vietnamese cuisine to pizza to salads.
All these restaurants are just a short walk away from PORT X. However, you can also move a little further up to Letná, or take a ferry to Karlín, where another batch of delicious opportunities awaits.
Activities
The houseboat and its surroundings will be good to you all year round, no matter the weather. When necessary, the heating keeps you warm and the air conditioning cools you down. Therefore, do not be discouraged by a less-than-perfect forecast. There are countless ways to have fun.
Discover and enjoy cultural and gastronomic pleasures located directly in Holešovice, or explore the breathtaking beauty of the whole city of Prague. For families with children, a trip to a nearby Prague Zoo could be a good plan. Or, if the weather is not that good, why not visit a gallery or a museum — children will love the National Agricultural Museum in neighboring Letná for example.
However, the houseboat itself is full of fun and quality activities. Are you coming for a weekend with your sweetheart? Rent a boat and take a romantic ride at sunset. And if it's raining cats and dogs, you'll certainly be satisfied by the extensive audio library, and the many interesting books about design, architecture, art, and more waiting for you on board.
Breakfast
A breakfast from our “dry” buffet is included in the basic price of the stay. Granola, several types of cereals, classic and vegetable milk, Nespresso coffee, and a selection of teas are available.
For an additional fee, you can opt for the Deluxe Breakfast Package that'll be waiting for you in the fridge, or choose a breakfast voucher from our partner restaurant Home Kitchen located just about 2 minutes walk from PORT X.
