You always rent and have access to the whole space in case of any kind of event and make use of all existing furniture and equipment.

We kindly ask you to comply with the agreed number of people on board. A short visit of several people for up to an hour is welcome without prior notice, otherwise we ask for advance notice. Overnight stays are allowed for a maximum of 4 people. Pets also subject to prior consultation.

The reservation is valid at the time of its confirmation by email and is further fixed by making an advance payment. If the payment is not made in due time, the reservation is cancelled. The rest of the payment is made by money transfer or cash payment upon arrival. We usually prefer money transfer.

Cancellation policy follows:
full cancellation up to 1 month before arrival. 20% up to 1 week before arrival and 50% later.

The price of overnight stays always includes VAT and cleaning which always takes place before and after the stay. For longer stays, one or more additional cleaning arrangements can be made.

The main area is non-smoking, smoking is inly permitted on the terrace.
