Organize an unconventional corporate party, new product presentation, promo event or any other formal meeting for your employees, clients or partners, surrounded by a beautiful environment and unique design. The houseboat premises will offer the necessary privacy, sufficient peace and quiet for work, and a cool atmosphere.

The Space
PORT X will provide futuristic space with an area of almost 150 m full of carefully selected designer furniture, various types of seating, several zones, and covered terraces. The interior can therefore be divided into several smaller workstations.
When it comes to multiple participants, the type of event and the spatial requirements must be taken into account. One main thing to consider is whether everyone needs to have a place to sit. The current equipment can accommodate up to 20 people (the main table fits 6-10 people), but keep in mind that other seating solutions such as a large central table or a few round tables can be added. Maximum capacity is 40 people.
The houseboat also offers outdoor seating on terraces, an informal area with a sofa and Fatboy bean bags, or beautiful panoramic windows. There's a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine on board.

Up to two spots are available right next to the houseboat, other cars can be parked in the paid parking zone on the street.
The nearest tram stop Maniny is 5 minutes away from PORT X.
Accessibility and Parking

The space is strictly non-smoking (smoking is possible on the terrace)
Unfortunately, barrier-free access is not possible
Important notes
First things first - high speed wifi is of course available.
The high-quality Samsung Frame 65” large-screen TV will nicely serve your presentations. It can be connected wirelessly, or via cable, and offers
a strong enough sound so no external microphone is needed.
Music can be conveniently streamed directly from your phone thanks
to a Bang Olufsen speaker.
The houseboat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with
a Nespresso coffee machine, and two toilets.

Catering and
Refreshment Options
We will be happy to prepare a wonderful treat from MUSA catering for your celebration. The specific composition of the menu depends on your preferences, number of people and type of event.
You of course have the option of getting your own foods and drinks ready. The small kitchen is fully equipped, but due to its size isn't usually best fit for full catering preparation. However, it's definitely enough if you decide to bring pre-made meals you'd like to finish (heat and serve) on the houseboat. Another option is using the services of delivery companies.
Rental Options
The rental duration is entirely up to you. Please contact us for information about pricing. We always try our best to meet every demand and adapt the offer to factors such as length, number of people, or the type and complexity of the event.
To give you at least a rough idea, here‘s an example: a half day event for about 20 people will cost you around CZK 15.000 (plus tax).
Additional Services
There's a possibility of renting a small boat by the houseboat, or ordering a boat service that brings participants of the event to PORT X from another place. If you have any special requirements, call us and we will try to meet them.
